1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the transport services provided by Gosabil ("we", "us", or "our"). By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

Gosabil provides professional private hire transport services in London and surrounding areas, including:

  • Airport transfers to and from all London airports
  • Corporate and business travel
  • Special events and occasions
  • Point-to-point transfers
  • Hourly bookings

We are a TfL (Transport for London) licensed private hire operator, and all our vehicles and drivers are fully licensed and insured.

3. Bookings

Making a Booking

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. When making a booking, you must provide accurate information including:

  • Pickup and drop-off locations
  • Date and time of pickup
  • Number of passengers
  • Contact details
  • Flight details (for airport pickups)
  • Any special requirements

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check the details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

4. Pricing and Payment

Fares

All fares are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include:

  • Vehicle hire
  • Professional driver
  • All fuel costs
  • VAT (where applicable)

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Waiting time exceeding complimentary allowance
  • Additional stops
  • Congestion charges and tolls
  • Parking fees
  • Late-night/early morning bookings

Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit/debit card. Payment may be required at the time of booking or upon completion of the journey, depending on the booking type.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 24 hours before pickupFull refund
12-24 hours before pickup50% charge
Less than 12 hours before pickupFull charge
No-showFull charge

To cancel a booking, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.

6. Airport Transfers

Flight Tracking

For airport pickups, we track your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly. Please provide accurate flight details when booking.

Waiting Time

For airport pickups, the following complimentary waiting time applies:

  • Domestic flights: 30 minutes from landing
  • International flights: 60 minutes from landing

Additional waiting time will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Meet & Greet

For airport pickups with meet & greet service, your driver will wait in the arrivals hall with a name board. Detailed meeting instructions will be sent before your journey.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Behave in a respectful manner towards the driver and vehicle
  • Wear seatbelts at all times
  • Not smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle
  • Not transport illegal substances or items
  • Inform us of any special requirements in advance

You will be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicle or its contents during your journey.

8. Liability

Our Liability

We will make every effort to provide a reliable and punctual service. However, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or weather
  • Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the passenger
  • Missed flights or connections unless due to our negligence
  • Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Lost Property

If you leave any items in the vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to return lost property, but cannot guarantee its recovery.

9. Complaints

We are committed to providing excellent service. If you have any complaints about our service, please contact us within 7 days of your journey. We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within 14 working days.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
