We share your personal data only with the following third-party processors, each of whom processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

- Resend, Inc. (US) — email delivery (booking confirmations, marketing)
- Google LLC (US) — maps, address autocomplete, and route calculation
- Chatwoot — live chat support
- Vercel, Inc. (US) — website hosting and analytics
We may also share data with legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. International Data Transfers
Some of our processors are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the Information Commissioner's Office and/or reliance on UK adequacy decisions. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All payment data is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser local storage and cookies to operate our website. You can manage your preferences using our cookie consent banner, which appears on your first visit.

11. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you. Our fare calculations are based solely on distance, vehicle type, time of day, and applicable surcharges — no personal profiling is involved.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
